WhatsApp says to Agree!

On last Tuesday, WhatsApp users, across Android and iOS, received in-app notification stating "WhatsApp is updating it's terms and privacy policy". Options available on pop-up were either to accept or not now. It also mentioned the key updates, including how they will process our data, how business can use Facebook hosted services to store and manage their WhatsApp chat and how they partner with Facebook to offer integration across the Facebook Company Products.

WhatsApp has recently updated it's terms and privacy policy which requires our agreement so that we are aware about it terms and privacy policy. Users who don't agree to this message will not be able to use WhatsApp after February 8.

Key updates of this Facebook owned messaging app as mentioned it there official webpage are,

1. Additional Information on how WhatsApp is  handle our data. That means how we process your data and our commitment to privacy. And  example they mention are, they have added more about  recent product features and functionalities, security and integrity ,how they process your data for safety, and has added more direct links to user settings, help centre articles.

2. Better communication with businesses. WhatsApp parties to help store and better manage their communications with you on WhatsApp.

3. Making it easier to connect. As part of the Facebook Companies, WhatsApp partners with Facebook to offer experiences and integrations across Facebook’s family of apps and products.

    This update will be implemented by February 8 and with that time everyone have to Agree to this new updated terms and privacy policy to use WhatsApp further. These updates are also for WhatsApp web version too.
