New change comes on chatting with business accounts. While chatting with a special business account, which uses cloud provider, the possibility that chatting details were used to generate targeted advertisements on Facebook. It depends on privacy policy of the business so, it will be true or false. In advance with starting a real conversation, user can send a message for asking the privacy policy. By avoiding the 'special' business account, you can skip away from Facebook.
As an example, by avoiding Facebook shop, optional feature available for business accounts, some data might be shared with Facebook can be prevented. WhatsApp catalogue is differently developed from WhatsApp, so it doesn't send data to Facebook. If you didn't accept the terms and services, the usage of WhatsApp features will be limited, but the current chat history will not be deleted. You can answer incoming voice and video calls and reply to messages from notifications (but can only send text messages).
User's account cannot be able to open chat list in few weeks. Due to there is the remainder about terms and service. You can't send new status updates. Forwarding messages from chat to chat will be prevented. Not possible to manage and use broadcast lists and creating new groups, but user can be added by people to newsgroups. The messaging services are completely disabled after few weeks. Receiving messages and calls will be stopped.
After a certain time (4 months) WhatsApp might still delete your account because of inactivity.
