Last month, Google redesign search for Android and iOS devices with a focus to make on making results easier to read. Thus, in this new update, Google comes up with a new redesign for music-related queries for the desktop version.

There is a navigation drawer to the left side that shows the name of the search on the top along with the description of the query. If it is an album in the queries, then a cover art will appear along with subtopic categories. The subtopic categories include: Overview, Listen, Videos, and Songs. Now the share button is also present in the navigation drawer.

The Google Search redesign for desktop is limited to selected regions and selected music queries. But the feature will be soon widely out to all. Other than music queries, all other searches appear in old design.

The right side of the page contains Listen Card that offers options to listen to the song or album on Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple music, Gaana or other popular music-streaming platforms and an About card is also present below which consist of the details of the song or album from Wikipedia.

Some songs will also have other features such as Other recordings and Analysis with an intention to avoid users from searching manually thereby saving their time.
