Massivit 3D Printing Technologies Ltd. is a pioneer of large format 3D printing solutions for the engineering, communication, entertainment and yet another fields. Massivit arrives with yet another amazing 3D printing technology. Massivit is going to announce its brand new Massivit 5000 Ultra-large format 3D printer which is recently listed in Tele Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). This 3D printer will be introduced in Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG) conference which will be held from 2 May, 2021 to 6 May 2021 in Florida.

Massivit 5000 Ultra will bring a breakthrough in manufacturers and service providers, seeking large photopolymer production for industries such as automotive, marine and railway. It has a built volume of 1450x1110x1800 mm and it can deliver up to 30* the throughput comparing with existing manufacturing technologies.

Massivit is an Israel based Industrial 3D printing manufacturers founded in 2013. They are specialised in large format systems operating on company's proprietary Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) technology, which is renowned for its rapid as well as cost effective production.

The company successfully GDP technology is utilised in Massivit 5000 to set high performance printing technologies to give an accurate output to the user. The notable feature of this machine is the Dual Material System, which enables the user to 3D print 2 different parts of 2 different material at a same time. Each print heads can be adjusted to different resolutions, allowing to vary the print speeds in a high volume project.

3D printer can be utilised in 2 modes - Fast Mode and HD Mode.

Fast Mode can be used for a maximum throughput of 300 mm/s while the HD Mode is recommended for high performance parts where dimension precisions are crucial. Massivit is bombarding with a complete new automated print monitoring system, which essentially points a camera at the two print heads.

The printer's software has the ability to modify parameters like layer height and part in resolution in real time by optimising the print speed as well as print quality. Such portions will be printed in high resolution and also handled with more care.

Massivit also launched a new printing gel for Massivit 5000, DIMENGEL 110. This material is designed to facilitate High Defining printing and great fidelity to CAD designers.

We are thrilled to bring to market this new additive manufacturing system that will empower manufacturers to overcome existing limitations in production speed, size and complexity. It is a significant milestone on our roadmap towards transforming manufacturing of large parts across multiple industries.
