Defence Research and Development Organisation that works in the area of cryptology has invited applications for 9 Junior Research Fellow vacancies. Candidates who are getting selected will receive a monthly salary of Rs 31,000 and they will be engaged initially for a period of 2 years, which may be extended up to 5 years based on the performance of the candidate.
Who can apply?
- Candidates who have Postgraduate degree in mathematics with NET qualification.
- Candidates who are BE or B.Tech in Computer science engineering, information technology or computer science with NET or GATE qualification or ME or M.Tech in Computer science engineering, information technology with first division at both graduate and postgraduate level
- Candidates with BE or B.Tech in electronics engineering or electronics and communications engineering with NET or GATE qualification or ME or MTech in electronics engineering or electronics and communications engineering with first division at both graduate and postgraduate level.
- It is also desirable for candidates to have a basic knowledge of computer programming in C, C++, Java, Python, cryptology, computer programming, VHDL or Verilog.

Applicants have to fill up all the required details and will have to upload all the scanned documents of the educational certificates. Selected candidates may also be allowed to pursue PhD in any university or institute.
