India: Technical committee by Central Government proposed for shutting down 2G service including that of BSNL. Complete transfer to 4G is proposed by this committee. Majority of members in this committee have made positive approaches to these proposal.
But BSNL comes forward saying its difficult to make this in act as 60% of BSNL's revenue is from 2G service.
Central Government announced special financial package of 70,000Crore Rupees on October last year, 2019. But still company failed in providing 4G service all across.
