Most popular video streaming platform Netflix has announced Stream fest, where the non-subscribers can access it free for two days. It means that users can watch any films, series and tv shows of their choice without buying a subscription or making a payment. The Stream fest will go live in India on December 5 and will be valid till December 6.
Users will have to sign up in Netflix by entering name, email address or phone number and password. The users will not be asked for the payment in the future.

Netflix COO Greg Peters had said about Stream fest during a conference call," An idea we’re excited about — and we’ll see how it goes, we think that giving everyone in a country access to Netflix for free for a weekend could be a great way to expose a bunch of new people to the amazing stories that we have. Really creating an event, and hopefully, get a bunch of those folks to sign up”.

So, during Stream Fest, if you see a message saying “Stream Fest is at capacity”, don’t worry. We’ll let you know when you can start streaming." Monika Shergill, Vice-President of Netflix India said.

Netflix is currently one of the most popular streaming apps in India.
