Otter.ai is the speech transcription technology and the company reported that it is a combination of deep machine learning using millions of hours of audio recordings, which were analysed with thousand of cloud-based computers to train the software and improve the translation capabilities. By capturing and analysing large amount of speech, neural network programs can recognize speech with up to 95% accuracy.

This feature is already available in Zoom app. Even so this feature is only available for premium members who paid $20 per user per month. We can use this feature free for a month. Zoom was the only video chat platform that supported Otter.ai facility. But now it is also supported Otter.ai Chrome extension of Google Meet.
