Jio fibre comes top in Netflix ISP index but BSNL, MTNL disappointed this time. Netflix renovated its ISP Speed Index website after a period of inactivity and this showed the leading of Jio Fiber in the last month with a speed up to 3.8 Mbps.
When Jio fibre offered an average and got speed of 3.8 Mbps, 7 Star Digital offered speed of 3.4 Mbps in November and 3.6 Mbps in December. Airtel Xtreme Fibre, Tata sky Broadband and ACT Fibrenet were also offered 3.6 Mbps in the Netflix ISP speedy index website.
BSNL got 3 Mbps and MNTL with 2.4 Mbps. Netflix data proposes that MNTL did it's absolute worst in September with only 1.4 Mbps.
ISP speed index is made to know which ISPs can provide best prime time Netflix streaming experience. Netflix company says they calculated the index with a new presentation measurement to make it comfortable with changing streaming and encoding landscape.
