The types of messages are usually targeted to audience to make them believe on certain fake things. Most of the times these kinds of ads are misleading, usually an employer will not recruit people using WhatsApp. However if you feel it is legitimate the following are some of the ways you can check.
- If it is a legitimate source then there should be a website that is linked to the particular organisation.
- You can also check given contact numbers.
- Tried to contact people who have worked there.
- If you are recruited without you being giving an interview or proper certificates and documentation then most probably this is a scam.
- Tried to reach local employment exchange and verify if that firm exist.
- If you are going forward with the message make sure that you do not sign any document or give permission to any things without reading and analysing properly.
- If you feel the skills asked in the salary do not match then most probably it’s a scam.
- If they ask you to pay an amount to join or ask you to recruit others for the company then most probably it’s a pyramid scheme or a Multi level marketing thing.
